How can I delete and emails with ****SPAM**** in the subject line

Is it possible to automatically delete any emails that have ****SPAM*** in the subject line. We are fed emails from an upstream server and the ones marked as above are not always detected as spam by the EFA

You could create a rule to detect this, I believe, in Spamassassin.
