It's possible to map 1 domain to multiple transport host ?

Why would you want to do that?
I guess you could do it through round robin DNS.
e.g. assume I have host1, host2, and host3 with ip1, ip2, ip3 and all three hosts know how to handle my mail for the.domain.
create three DNS A record enrtries with the name 'allhosts''
then configure EFA to send mail for "the.domain" to "allhosts"
Anyway, what are you really trying to accomplish?
