Is it possible that too many users would cause poor performance?FYI: We are pushing 20,000 emails per day and its just not keeping up. Any suggestions?

Is it possible that too many users would cause poor performance?FYI: We are pushing 20,000 emails per day and its just not keeping up. Any suggestions?

Try increasing the memory, adding CPUs , and modifying the number of mailscanner children to 2x the number of CPUs.
