If you click on the "Add to Whitelist" or "Add to Blacklist" from the message properties for an email address that contains a "+" sign the "+" sign is replaced with a space on the lists submission page.
Example:
bounces+528882-22d6-account=domain.org@email.trackmaven.com.. [Add to Whitelist | Add to Blacklist]
will attempt to add "bounces 528882-22d6-account=domain.org@email.trackmaven.com.." to lists

What happens if you precede the + with a blackslash or escape character?
