Out of Office or Autoresponse Mails always SPAM

Hi,
i have a problem.
Autoresponse messages and out of office messages alre always blocked as, "custom spam".

Message:
Spam: Y Action(s): store, custom(spam)
High Scoring Spam: Y Action(s): store

please help.

Lower the score of this to something like 1 or 2...instead of high-spam
