Reporting email as SPAM

Hi,

I am seeing this error when users try to report an email as SPAM.

When the user clicks the hyperlink (report this message as spam) it takes a while (about 10sec) and then the user get this error /var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine/20140907/nonspam/F085480530.ABA5D. Sometimes if the user clicks refresh they will get "the EFA reported as SPAM" page. Any ideas.

Anything else included in the error message, by chance?

I have just had a look at samples and yes there is more than 1 user in the To field of the email.
