Pondering whether it's best to use one EFA for both inbound and outbound, or split them.
We've had some issues with users getting phished and with users getting us added to the naughty list by blindly forwarding SPAM from our site to their other accounts, so I very much want to be sure that we filter inbound AND outbound mail.

If you use two of them you get the added flexibility of customizing your inbound and outbound filtering separately and not have to worry about making your customizations distinguish between inbound and outbound mail flows.
On the other hand, you would have to manage two boxes, so a single one is gives you a single pane of glass, but customization for inbound and outbound may be more complex but still doable.
