Failed to connect to SMTP server
I have two services that are attempting to connect to the efa relay server, however one receives a "access denied message" while attempting to send email alerts via the relay server, and the Multi-function printer receives an error message stating "failed to connect to SMTP server." Please advise those who are new to EFA.

Can you provide more information because it is not clear to me what your setup is
For example, what is your "relay server"? Do you mean the EFA server itself?
You say two services and then talk about a multifunction printer - does that mean you have 3 services/devices trying to send mail via your EFA server?
Do you have any device/service that is successfully sending mail via the EFA server?
Let's start with that and see if we can get a bit closer to solving your problem. It's most likely that you have to configure postfix properly to allow this, but I don't have enough information from you to be sure of that.
