mobile phone not trusted network so the links don't work.
do we need to add all the ip ranges for mobile phone (ATT) to the trusted network so that the links in the email will work?

You can do that, or you can disable trusted networks altogether.

Thanks, I deleted all my trusted networks from there and everything worked as expected. Awesome.
