Firewall Rules get reset

HI,

I run two EFA 4.x systems on Centos 7 with all updates applied.
I'm noticing that the firewall rules are getting re-set from my added/extra rules.

This issue is very annoying, and what file/config do I change to stop this from happing? It isn't a random thing and has been done twice in the past week.

Are you adding --permanent to your firewall-cmd command?
