emails stuck in outbound

Hi dears
I have a big problem and i need help as soon as possible. my efa server has a problem. emails come into efa from outside but they don't deliver to the destination. MailScanner shows i have 292748 emails in the outbound queue but I don't know what can I do for delivering emails. I restarted MailScanner and postfix and efa server but it doesn't word anyway!!!!!!!! Does anyone know the solution?

How about the exchange server? Is your exchange healthty without any error, and is there space enough to receive the mails?

yes. exchange is OK

Look in /var/log/maillog to find out why the emails aren't being delivered.

Fatima, doe you have an update? Did you solved it and what was the solution?

I did not update efa. I solved this problem with these commands. I saw lots of emails were stucked in efa postfix queue, so i used these commands to solve the problem:
sendmail-q
and
postfix flush
and then
/etc/init.d/postfix restart
