Hi!
I read the wiki, but it did not say what it was doing, so I'm not sure of the right way to migrate.
I am more concerned about settings than white and grey lists.
I guess I'm interested in other users experiences in going with 4.0 in a production environment.
Great to see 4.0 in production!

4.0 Migration
Re: 4.0 Migration
I haven't migrated i have my existing one sat on ready, but have pointed the firewall at a fresh 4.0 install. For a jump to new big version i would always do this.
I copied relay_recipients etc over and working so far the only thing i haven't got is the click here to report as spam in all emails.
Thanks

Re: 4.0 Migration
I migrated my white/black list over very easily. There's instructions posted on the forums here.
As for greylists, I recall shawn mentioning something about migrating a database as well, and he gives instructions. My transition to 4.0 was pretty easy. Just some little things I needed to update. Had v3 on standby just in case. Other than referring back to some of its configs, everything else is good!

Re: 4.0 Migration
Thanks all,
I edited the conf files years ago to personalize and change options, can they just get copied over?
Thanks,
Mark
