EFA Web GUI Not Loading

Hi,

I have a very strange issue with a EFA server we use.

It is fully functioning sending and passing mail, however we cannot seem to access the Web Gui.

I can telnet to the ports 80 and 443 not problem at all.

Just wondered if anyone might have any solutions or ideas where to start ?

Been going through over forum topics similar and I cannot get to the test.php page.

But i do get this!

[efa@efamailserver ~]$ file /var/www/html/mailscanner/conf.php

Are you on the same subnet? Could it be a DNS issue?
If you do a ps -A from a shell, do you see the httpd PID?

Hi,

The EFA server is on a cloud server so not local to me.

I have tried connecting to it from our office and a customer server to test the DNS issue and no luck sadly.

I have tested the the command given and can see the following HTTPD processes:

51357 ? 00:00:03 httpd
51358 ? 00:00:03 httpd
51359 ? 00:00:03 httpd
51360 ? 00:00:03 httpd
51361 ? 00:00:03 httpd
51362 ? 00:00:03 httpd
51363 ? 00:00:03 httpd
51364 ? 00:00:03 httpd

I have also had no further luck finding what could be causing it. My gut feeling currently is the firewall, would you know anyway I can check this correctly?

Couple more questions:

Also, have you tried to get to the Gui using the IP Address of the server instead of the name?
Did you enable the Lets Encrypt function on the shell menu?
I had some issues with the letsencrypt during an install and now create the letsencrypt certificates manually.

Hi Barbours,

I have tried it without the domain and its still no worked sadly.

I also tested the ports and ports 80 and 443 I can telnet into which is weird!

There is SSL enabled for HTTPS but I have not applied lets encrypt.

I might have to restore from a backup as its been over a week now sadly .

Hi Barbours,

Thank you for all your help.

I sat down this morning looking at it follow just posting and wanted to give you an update. I have been able to resolve the issue I had to re apply the HTTPS settings for Apache in option 11 on the cli menu, and it reapplied its rules and its started working!
