Hi,
i still see this bug in the latest version 3.0.2.6: if a mail is sent to multiple recipients of the same domain only one user (one of the recipients) can see the email in the web interface. For the other users that emai is not shown
No users can see that message into the quarantine report if it is quarantined.
Is there a way to fix this?
3.0.2.6 problems with multiple recipients
Re: 3.0.2.6 problems with multiple recipients
About the multiple recipients of the same domain, as a cc, or as multiple recipients in the to?
I just did tested recipients in the to and they show up in the recent messages a 2 separate mail entries.
I login with a admin user, so I can see all the mail for all the domain users, as the Quarantine Report also reports all the mail, for every user.
Can you show the message detail?

Re: 3.0.2.6 problems with multiple recipients
Our sistem is an update from an older version.
I'm testing it via telnet commands with multiple "RCPT TO" commands, but using an online tool is the same (multiple to addresses)
Attaching here an exaple. The sistem does not split it into 2 rows

I'm also -still- using 3.0.2.6, also an update from an older version. ( 3.0.2.5. long time ago)
You do login with the admin user? ( userType administrator)
Can you show the message detail? (and hide the personal stuff)
Also check the /var/log/maillog as I have no idea why there is only 1 message.

Re: 3.0.2.6 problems with multiple recipients
My To: header shows correct info with both receip users, as does your header.
In your TO: (A:) there a 2 lines:
support@xxx
massimo.ferracini@xxxxx
In my TO: line there is only 1 email adres.
I have no clou why this happens. Maybe someone can step in?

Can it be a postfix configuration issue?

Re: 3.0.2.6 problems with multiple recipients
I have noticed that the user who can see the messages in "recent messages folder" is chosen by alphabetical order.

This is a MailWatch bug I believe that was fixed after 3.0.2.6. Time to get v4 out the door

Re: 3.0.2.6 problems with multiple recipients
This wasn't fixed with 3.0.2.6, I get the exact same issue.
Email comes in with 2 recipients in the To: field in my domain.
TO: user1@mydomain.com; user2@mydomain.com
But if the email is caught in the spam filter, neither user1 or user2 can see the email in the web interface OR the daily spam report, it shows up in recent messages, if you catch it or know where to look in the history.
If you do a "Search and Report" for either user1 or user 2, the email in question does NOT appear, but if you search on the sender or any other aspect of the email it shows.
What it looks like is the web interface and daily spam report checks for "If TO equals" instead of "If TO contains" so it is not picking up multiple address in the TO field.
It is a MailWatch bug in the spam report, the web interface for users that are logged in and the "Search and Reports" filter (atleast, possible more). For us we just caught with some legal documents from an arbitration that were marked as spam and send TO: multiple people in our domain and it didn't showed up in anyones filter report or web interface.
Anyone know enough about MailWatch to be able to know where to fix the filter options from equals to contains?
