To submit a translation, simply reply to this topic or fork and create a pull request on github (and be sure to mention the language to which you are translating!)

shawniverson,
I'm currently updating the simplified chinese translations so I'll send that once I have something decent.
I do have a suggestion, your yml language entries come in two formats

Might I suggest you change them all to former? It may help avoid future problems and it'll make automated parsing of this information easier in the future.

Re: Translations Topic for eFa v4
Question:
What's the difference between 'Set IP Netmask' and 'Set IP Mask'?
As far as I can see, those are both the same so should be replaced with just one translation entry.
[OCD Alert]
You are using "mask" and "netmask" interchangeably. Would it be better to just consistently use one term?
e.g.:
'Please enter a valid IPv4 netmask'
vs
'Please enter a valid IPv6 mask'
[edit 2]
'IANA Code' vs 'IANA Country Code' ?
[edit 3]
'Local Mail Server' -> is that 'Local Mail Server address or hostname'?
What's the difference between 'IANA country code' and 'IANA Code'?
[edit 4]
'Host is UTC' -> What does that mean exactly? Does it mean ''The host is set to UTC time'?
(Wow! who knew that translation was such hard work!)

Re: Translations Topic for eFa v4
Actually, I am not. In fact, I was struggling at the time to remember the ipv6 term. ipv6 does not have a netmask, so i simply used "mask." I recalled since then it is called the prefix, so we will need to change all instances of "mask" to "prefix."pdwalker wrote: ↑05 Apr 2018 12:30 Question:

This can be consolidated.[edit 2]
'IANA Code' vs 'IANA Country Code' ?
Yes, we can extend that one.[edit 3]
'Local Mail Server' -> is that 'Local Mail Server address or hostname'?
Correct.[edit 4]
'Host is UTC' -> What does that mean exactly? Does it mean ''The host is set to UTC time'?
Re: Translations Topic for eFa v4
IPv6 Prefix. Yes, that makes more sense. I'm going to have to see what the proper translation for that is and revise.
Re: Translations Topic for eFa v4
Hi
anyone still needed for German ? If yes is there a small how to for the Repository login/pull/push ?
e.g. how to get logged in and the translation down/uploaded ?
Thx
I just looked into the repository and saw German at least some of the line shown in the other post. So is this from the eFa v3 i assume.
And the process would be translate and post the translation. Correct ?

Hi
looking into the github some entries would look like the following in German:
(assuming that the ones starting with __ still need translation)
(merged)
The rest seems already correctly translated.
