High Scoring Spam Subject Text
High Scoring Spam Subject Text
When I setted "y" at EFA-Configure --> 9) Spam Settings --> 2) Spam Settings,
{Spam?} is adding at the beginning in the subject of spam mail by default, I think.
I want to use **** SPAM (13.4) ****, instead of {Spam?}.
Because the system I am currently using is like that.
Can I achieve it with I specify "High Scoring Spam Subject Text =" to **** _SCORE_ ****, at /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf?
or
I must specify "rewrite_header Subject **** _SCORE_ ****" at /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf?

Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
Were you able to get this working, by chance?
Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
Sorry, I do not understand the meaning of "this working".
"EFA - Configure -> 9) Spam Settings -> 2) Spam Settings" got from past forum remarks.
Perhaps the search keyword was "Subject".
"High Scoring Spam Subject Text =" was expected from comments in MailScanner.conf, and "Subject" word.
Then I knew "rewrite_header Subject" and "_SCORE_" from before, by using add - on software of spamassassin.

Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
Anyone please answer my question?
Sorry shawniverson. I do not understand your words.
Perhaps your "remark" seems to be saying "indeed?" in Chinese.
However, I think that you know I am Japanese at viewtopic.php?f=14&t=2790 post.

Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
Sorry a bit of a language barrier, and that was a failed attempt to ask the same question using google translate.
I think you can just modify High Scoring Spam Subject Text = **** _SCORE_ **** as you suggest.

*lol*
"一定" means "certainly", or "necessarily" in Chinese. Adding a question mark makes it meaning confusing. The Japanese use these characters, and it looks like the meaning is slightly different.
Use google translate at your peril.
Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
I did not think the forum is for Chinese.
But why is not there a Chinese LANG file in MailWatch?

Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
It's not, it's for anyone who wants to talk about EFA and there are people who speak many languages here.
If there is no Chinese LANG file, it's because no one has previously provided it. At the moment there is English, Dutch, French, Italian, German and Portuguese.
Just looking at the language files, there appears to be over 800 lines of text to provide the language interface. If anyone feels free to contribute a language translation, I am sure the mailscanner people would love to have the help.

Is that so? I have seen only English here.
Mr. shawniverson, please make Chinese language file quickly.
I made a Japanese file with 3 days.

Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
You will need to submit a Pull Request with the Chinese language adaption over at the MailWatach repo.
https://github.com/mailwatch/MailWatch
We combine multiple open-source products, and a customization like that will need to be created at the source. Once it has been implemented into MailWatch, it will be available on eFa devices upon a future update. If you haven't done so already, please also submit the Japanese lang file to MW as well, for all to enjoy.

Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text
That's because we need a common language to communicate, and English tends to be it.
However, there is no reason why you cannot write in your native language to ask questions - except that there may be more people who can answer an English question, rather than say, a Japanese question.
