How to release mails

Hi, I am new with efa.
I need to know how to release the messages.

have a lot of good messages but don´t now how to release them.
I installed efa last saturday I am new with it

A common misunderstanding is the "Quarantine" menu. By default EFA will store messages both good and bad. The quarantine view shows you all messages currently stored on EFA, both good and bad.

if you have been receiving the email marked as not-spam within your inbox, then you have nothing to worry about.

For messages marked as spam, you should receive a quarantine report that will mark only the bad messages to you, with the option to view and release those.
