If you are having scanning trouble relating to clamav crashing, it is recommended to do the following:
Ensure yara rules are disabled in /etc/clamav-unofficial-sigs/user.conf:
Remove yara rules from /var/lib/clamav (except Sanesecurity Sanesecurity_sigtest.yara, and Sanesecurity_spam.yara, those are okay)
