eFa 4.0.2 is now available!

This is a rather large update to bring major components up to date across the board, including:
postfix version 3.4.8
spamassassin version 3.4.4
mailscanner version 5.2.2
clamav-unofficial-sigs version 7.0.1
mailwatch 1.2.15
Other fixes include:
GeoIP2 support in spamassassin
Archive local release support
Various fixes to rulesets that have missing entries
Fixes for razor reporting errors
SELinux ruleset updates
