Is there a way to import users? Even if it means accessing the database manually, etc., I'm good with that, but I have a number of users (not in AD BTW - I see how that would be useful) to set up!

We don't have an import tool at this time, but that is a great idea.
You can access the database directly. Log in as root and examine /etc/EFA-Config
The password for the mailwatch SQL user is here.
Then access the mailwatch database and manipulate the users table.

this is perfect - thanks! I have been testing importing directly through mysql and it works wonderfully.
