Allow Email flagged with Blocked Content to be saved in quarentine for Review

Hello. I've run into a few instances recently where emails are being blocked for Bad Content. however the email is coming from a known safe source and i would like to have these email's saved in quarantine to be reviewed and released if determined to be safe. any suggestions on how to do this? i've looked online and not been able to locate an answer hope you guys can help!

I believe it is in /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
