Appended Links to Report as SPAM

Hi Shawniverson
Should a fresh install of v4 be appending the links for uses to report as SPAM in the emails or should i have to enable it?

This feature was removed in v4 temporarily. Therefore, there are no links at the end of the emails for reporting SPAM at this time.
However, I am working on writing a more friendly API-based method for these links instead of the old cgi-bin that we removed.
It is in the works
