Resending legit emails

I have some clients who lost emails. Some didn't receive due to mailbox sizes etc.
How can I resend those emails from the spamfilter? The only option I have for releasing is from SPAM/Quarantines sections. I want to resend the legit emails from specific senders. Can this be done?

As long as you are storing non-spam emails, you can re-release those too from those sections.

Hello, I came across this thread and tried that on my end however the re-released message is just a bunch of garbled text.
I re-released a non-spam email, recipient got an unreadable email.

And the From address is the EFA postmaster/administrator email address configured.

How can I
1) retain the original address?
2) retain the Original format and contents of the email being released?
