Uptick in spam messages getting through

Lately, my users have been complaining that a lot of spam is getting through the filter recently. I've seen this myself. We instruct them to click the EFA link at the bottom of messages, and I've been doing that myself, but spam is still getting through. Is anyone else seeing this, and are there any suggestions to combat this?
