firewall setting

which seeing should we do in our firewall that emials first go to efa then go to exchange server?

This is not so much a setting in your firewall, but the MX record in your public DNS defines, where incoming mail should be relayed to. If you don't have youe eFa exposed to the internet, either directly or via a DMZ, then a port forwarding of port 25/557 in your firewall to eFa for incoming external traffic should be configured. In that case the MX record of your public DNS would point to your firewall.

i did all settings in efa according to efa wiki and youtube video and firewall but my packets do not go to efa and i dont see any packets in efa web console!!!! :? :? :liar: :think: :think: :think: even between internal exchange acounts efa do not work..........
why there is no a comprehensive Training reference for efa??

what is my problem. just one email showed in my efa web consol. all others got error
