Can anyone advise on any logs that are for inbound emails that don't through? I have been sent an email from an external sender 3 times and not received it at all. I have checked the quarantine and I have checked the greylist, both in the GUI, I have also checked the postfix log and I can't find any evidence of the missing emails. The Sender is using a hotmail address but I can receive emails from other hotmail addresses.
This is my first deployment of EFA and I am so impressed with it, especially how effective it is. I have a number of other planned roll outs, but I need to be sure I will be able to trace any potential missing emails before i can roll it out.
Please help if you can.

All attempts are logged to /var/log/maillog
If it isn't there, the conversation never happened (the other party probably has the wrong domain in the email address).
