Hi,

After installed version 3.0.0.9 and postconfig. Then I updated to version 3.0.1.5 And process to Mailwatch but unable to login with the user account/pw that I have created from post config. Did I missing something?

I even changed the pw for the user but it didn't work out either.

Thanks

No matter what I changed pw and rebooted, it didn't work out so I ended up to reinstall.

Not sure what cause, but after reinstalled, I made sure to login and got everything before ran the update.
Another issue is I named a user as admin, not sure if this was the the cause of login the web or not. No problem with root login

After everything updated and configured, I saw the mail coming like 10 times, but it didn't push to exchange. Another problem encountered was it no longer delivered any emails to EFA

Does anyone have a guide installation from A to Z? :D

Have you had a look at https://wiki.efa-project.org/doku.php?id=setup_guide

I have recently done an EFA install from v3.0.0.9 and updated to v3.0.1.5. All working fine, we have EFA protecting our Exchange servers, am happy to help, pm me if you like and we can take it from there.

Thank you for offer, Jahanjoon.

I have tried to reinstall over 10 times to find out what happen. I believed the problem was during the update process. It caused different issue at each time such as Mysql corrupt which it gave bun of errors to login that ended up to reinstall again, recovery didn't work.

I was trying to test each version before doing the update so far I got 3.0.0.9 and 3.0.1.5 are working. The first update was 3.0.1.1 got error with Mysql which I couldn't fix so I continued second update toward 3.0.1.5 and it fixed everything, then have been working so far.

Been testing incoming mails, average is between 3 to 5 mins. I almost gave up to go with ScrolloutF1 spam since it's more easy to config but the web page doesn't have more options like this one.

Alright, I am going to check out others options to see if it can make better

mpndang,

without getting specific error messages, it's almost impossible to debug your problem.

Every upgrade I've done (except 1) worked without a problem. The one upgrade I did have a problem with, I found the solution by searching these forums, including the exact steps needed to get past the problem.

Also, if you are getting a delay in receiving emails, that's the greylisting at work. It will take time for EFA to learn which mail servers are sending you mail, but once it has, your mail will start arriving immediately.

The installation is pretty easy and fast, so I don't mind to reinstall again. I was looking for the fix too but the best way is to reinstall since it's new too me. Don't have any info of bl/wl so it's not a big deal but I will do a trouble-shooting later after it's running for while.

I have checked out all 15 pages of discussion and 23 pages of How to, it's very helpful. I tested with different emails addresses, the 1st one usually takes 5-10 mins then the average is around 3-5mins after that. It's reasonable. I haven't tested the internal email network yet. If they complain then I may edit the default delay to 2 mins
