Wrong looking newsletter email

Post by ressel »

Hello,

one of my suppliers, news mails is looking wrong when I open it after it have been passed through EFA, when it inserts following message:
This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by
html.PNG
html.PNG (32.04 KiB) Viewed 4987 times
It show text like this in top of the newsletter, but when someone from my supplier forward it, it looks fine.

And when it does this, the rest of the news mail is also shown in wrong format.
Here you can see mail where it shows incorrectly:
wrong.PNG
wrong.PNG (45.64 KiB) Viewed 4987 times
And here it's shown correct (forwarded)
right.PNG
right.PNG (53.13 KiB) Viewed 4987 times
I have zoomed out the mails so you better can see how it's shown incorrect by making products shown horizontal instead of vertical list.

I hope you have some suggestions how I can sort this out.

Best regards
Ressel

This is most likely a result of potentially dangerous HTML tags being removed by MailScanner using one or more of the following...

Code: Select all

Allow IFrame Tags = disarm
Allow Form Tags = disarm
Allow Script Tags = disarm
Allow WebBugs = disarm
Allow Object Codebase Tags = disarm

Can I allow this for a single email or domain?

I think you may be able to define rulesets for any of these settings.

How do you define these rulesets for a single domain?
