After using this I see one thing that might improve the project, having a password recovery option to the MailScanner page. This way an admin can set a password for users, and the user would be able to reset it without knowing the password, and as a provider, users keeping track of passwords is a problem I have been dealing with for the past 20 years.

The UI is called "mailwatch" ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/mailwatch/ ) and does not appear to be terribly active at the moment. It might be worth giving the author a prod over there.

I searched the boards and didn't see any other particularly relevant posts like this.
Would love to have this feature (will contribute to a bounty if that process exists for EFA/Mailwatch).

doesnt work for every scenario/site, but using AD authentication is a good way to manage this.
