Our accountant receives monthly emails from our pensions provider. Since upgrading from EFA3 to EFA4 these emails no get delivered as a display of HTML code only. If you log in to the EFA front end and check the email, it displays correctly, but for some reason EFA is breaking something so that no images show on the released email. It only affects this one email.
Has anyone encountered this before or know where I should start looking to fix it, if at all possible?
