We cannot figure out why some messages show inbound, next hop relay/delivery information and some not. Even though all messages are delivered.

We have spent quite a bit of time trying to track down the common denominator, but nothing seems to fit. All messages external, to the same internal domain, same ACTIONS, same filter. The only thing we know is the relay information shows for some inbound domains, and not for others. The same user/domain will always show or always not have relay information. Even different domains both using Office365 (...obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com) sending gateways - some show RELAY information, some not.

I have exactly the same problem on a newly installed system.

Relay info seems to be stored for all emails except for a small number that are from one particular external sender - they get delivered but relay info never shows up.
