EFA 4 to Outlook 365

HI guys

i have a very strange issue.
I am running EFA 4.0.3 and i am relaying emails for 2 public domains and one local domain.
All email sending and receiving is fine except for some emails that our linux servers send when we create a new user.
basically we have a user creation script that generates SSH keys and attaches them to an email for the user.
These emails worked fine until apparently November of last year. The error that i am getting is below

Again all other emails with any other attachments are working fine as all of our emails pass through EFA and i don't have any issues with them.

Any idea?

Since it's a singular issue the problem is probably the script and not the efa appliance.
