Long mail outbound in EFA 4.0.3

Hi.
I don't know if this is a bug or is it meant to be that way, but I am currently testing EFA 4.0.3 (we are in the middle of replacing EFA 3.x with EFA 4.0.3) and when I use EFA as a mail relay and every time I test an outbound message it takes 60-80 seconds for EFA to send that message.
Why is it taking so long? Does postfix has any timer set on?
