opedmarc Reports to external domains

Hi!
I installed Centos 7 minimal on HyperV VM and EFA4 using one-step install. Using it as incoming antispam gateway.
I want to disable sending DMARC reports to other domains.
I set FailureReports=false in /etc/opendmarc.conf
Even after a server restart, it seems to be ignored. I just saw about 20 outgoing DMARC reports and some are stuck in the queue since the supposed
receiving systems are a bit dead. Anything else needs to be done to disable it?
Christos.
