I'm running the latest version (obviously as it is automatically updated every night).
But after activating HTTPS redirection in the menu I don't get redirected (not even in "in private" browsing).
I do find a redirectssl.conf file, but it doesn't seem to get used.
Restarts of apache and rebooting the VM don't help.

Installation was done with the kickstarter script.

If you have any idea's, just let me know.

P.S. Lets Encrypt is activated and working.

I just wanted to have it reported so it wouldn't get missed out before the final version.

Fixed in release 43. Redirect logic needs to be inside the virtual host definition, not outside of it.
