Email Quarantine Emails

Re: Email Quarantine Emails
Can you manually run the quarentine report? should look like below:
If your looking for the notifications that send a message every time a spam message is received check in your: /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
Spam Actions = store notify
Code: Select all
[root@admin]# sudo /usr/local/bin/mailwatch/tools/Cron_jobs/quarantine_report.php
=== Generating report for user@email.com type=U
==== Recipient e-mail address is user@email.com
==== Building list for user@email.com
==== Found 158 quarantined e-mails
==== Sent e-mail to user@email.com
Spam Actions = store notify
Re: Email Quarantine Emails
Cheers for that
Currently it was set to Spam Actions = store custom(spam)
Changed to Spam Actions = store custom(spam)

Re: Email Quarantine Emails
Still no joy im afraid, this was a fresh install then upgraded using EFA-Update.
I've built a new one and turned auto update off for now, is there any chance that the ovf could be updated to v4?
Thanks

Had to build another box for forgo to use the 3.0.0.4 image, updated to 3.0.0.4 and ran the script to fix the update issues and everything is working fine, apart from the notifications in mailscanner.conf its set to "Spam Actions = store custom(spam)"
Is there anything i can give you to help me find out why its not sending them out
Cheers

Looks like i found out why it wasnt working, i changed back the report templates to default and they are being sent out now, is there no chance i can customise the reports as people don't even bother to read it as it looks to complicated (according to them) and then complains when they dont get the email.
Cheers
