Zip Files - error message

Hello,
we use the eFa email Filter appliance.
If somebody sends a zip-File to our organisation, we do not receive it, because it is "bad content"
The problem is, that the Sender of the message does not get an error message.
This is a problem for us, because there are grantors, who decided to send important documents this way.
We did not receive the file (which is ok, because a zip-file might be dangerous), but unfortunately the sender does not receive an error message.
Is it possible and does it make sense to create an error message for zip-files. How could I do this?
