How to reduce EMPTY_MESSAGE score from 2.34 to 1.00 where is located spamassasin file to correct this option?

syntax:
score MISSING_SUBJECT 0.20
score EMPTY_MESSAGE 0.20
score MISSING_FROM 2.0
