How to enable TLS (STARTTLS) encryption and disable plain security?

Hello Experts,
I am kind of new at EFA, and have been using it with the default settings provided by default during installation, with the exception of having it integrated with Active Directory.
I am looking at performing some fine tuning of the system, and would like to enable TLS (STARTTLS) encryption as required.
I have looked through the forum and could not find any guides on how to enable this.
I am using eFa-4.0.3 and would be grateful if anyone could share steps/guides on how to enable this.
