Sending lots of emails

I created several email addresses for testing purposes. (50,000 emails addresses). Then I am sending a mass email to these 50,000 addresses. The email is marked as clean, however if I look I have about 43,000 emails that are stuck in quarantine but they are marked as clean. If they are clean why won't they come through?

What can I do so that they will get through? Should I whitelist the user accounts?

Looking at one of the messages in the quarantine. So it is in quarantine, but it has queued the mail for delivery to my Exchange servers? Why?

Look in your maillog - are there any error messages as to why it is delayed?
