High availability for eFa 4

Hi,
Is there some recommended way to create a high availability eFa 4 incoming email gateway? I know there are plans for a cluster, but as it is not yet available, it would be enough to have some documented way to clone an existing eFA 4, set new ip, hostname etc. for the clone and then some script to sync added email transport settings from the master eFa to the slave.
The purpose of the setup would be to make sure email flows from the Internet to main email servers even if one eFA is not reachable.
