After upgrading to EFAv4 i discovered that my internal mailserver doesn't send delivery notifications anymore. This worked with EFAv3.
EFA is forwarding mails to my internal mailserver, running Exchange.
I tried changing "Remove These Headers" in MailScanner.conf and restarted MailScanner, but that didn't solve the problem.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

They work fine for me, exchange 2016 and eFa4. did not do anything special

I suggest you look at your maillog and see if they are going through, or if they are getting some kind of an error.
