I am getting loads of entries in /var/log/messages like these:
Jun 16 13:00:02 prosecco systemd: Started Session 66690 of user root.
Jun 16 13:00:02 prosecco systemd: Started Session 66689 of user root.
Jun 16 13:00:02 prosecco systemd: Started Session 66691 of user root.
Jun 16 13:01:01 prosecco systemd: Started Session 66693 of user root.
Jun 16 13:01:01 prosecco systemd: Started Session 66692 of user root.
Jun 16 13:01:01 prosecco systemd: Started Session 66694 of user root.
These look to be an announcement every time a kworker process starts up. As near as i can tell, this is unique to my eFa installation. I run my appliance on CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003. My email load is relatively modest as this is simply for a home system.
Is this behavior normal or should I be doing something to stop these processes from having to be spun up all the time?
If this is normal behavior, is there a way to suppress the logging of these specific process creations from cluttering up /var/log/messages ?
