Auto Delete

Hi,
I had an issue this week where a customer sent an attachment which had the file name abcd.S200.NAF.dll which auto deleted.
Of course this functionality is what I would expect, however I would rather EFA hold all emails like this and allow me to choose to release it.
Is this possible at all?
