Hello all..
I am trying to know how to monitoring of outgoing email
I have seen the EFA only monitor the incoming.
Any docs about this?

Use EFA as your outgoing mail host and EFA will check your outgoing mail.

the MX using single MX to EFA. but not monitored

Maybe I am not understanding your question.
If you use EFA as your MX host, then all incoming mail will be monitored by the system.
Code: Select all
internet -> EFA -> your actual mail server -> your users
If you use EFA as your outgoing smarthost, then all your outgoing mail will be monitored by the system.
Code: Select all
your users -> your actual mail server -> EFA -> internet
Perhaps you can explain how your mail system is actually configured?
