I understand the difference between and envelope from and a header from of course, but most of our users do not.

I have several asking if there is a way to get the "real from address" in the quarantine email they receive. Any thoughts on the best way to handle this? Also is there any way it can be done? Usually it is asked in conjunction with something that was blocked with a "bounce-abc123-blahblah" type address, which the end user never sees.

I have done this. It was painful. You have to pull this out of the header (which is in the db) with regex and then you can put it in the report. Custom links below as well.
