Add token and ID to header for MailWatch

I've been using EFA for almost 12 months now and am having a lot of success with it.

However, I'm also manually marking messages as spam because it appears unprofessional to have the 'mark as spam' url appearing in the footer when they reply to messages. So I was wondering if there was a way to add the Token that MailWatch uses to send the message to the bayes filter as a header instead of a text body variable.

My plan is to create an Outlook add-in or macro that looks at these two values and then sends the required info to the /cgi-bin/learn-msg.cgi script when the user presses a 'Report as spam' button in the toolbar. I already have a proof-of-concept reading the ID, but I can't figure out how to get the token in there.

This sounds cool. In fact eFa4 will be deprecating the inline sigs.

So, perhaps we could change the custom function for the inline sig to instead add a header with the token? I could help you do this.

I would appreciate any guidance. I vaguely understand how to run custom actions on messages after being processed, I just don't know where to get the token variable.

I'll be happy to share my Outlook work once it is tested.

That issue reads like it won't be available for v3. Accurate?

That's what the "v4" suggests to me.

His earlier comment of "I could help you do this." suggests to me he initially was going to assist me with v3 implementation. But thank you for clarifying his intent...

Clarification incoming...

This is not a bug fix, but rather an enhancement, therefore, I am going to develop it for v4 FIRST.

Now, once I get it for v4, if someone wants to backport it (or if I have time, I will), then we will bring it to v3.

v4 is a priority, it is only a matter of time before CentOS 6x becomes obsolete.
