Postmaster Notify Mail with release link

Hi,
in default with the option:
Send Notices = yes
There is send out a mail to the postmaster wehn a mail is block by virus oder filename rule.
If it's possible to include a release link in this E-Mail?
This would by very usefull.
Please help
