Outgoing SMTP

Post by Justin »

Hi there,

Is there a possibility to let efa-project send mail from an exchange server, with authentication?

Kind regards,
Justin

Is it also possible to make an authenticated mail relay of EFA? We don't want to open our Exchange server for mail relaying due too security

I have a question on this topic as well. I have EFA set to filter incoming and outgoing messages to and from my Exchange server. I have a blacklisted IP from Comcast, so I cannot send mail directly to other users. My mail goes through SendGrid, which requires authorization to relay mail, but I saw no option to configure the credentials. Do I need to dive into Postfix conf files to configure this?

Use Webmin and go to the Postfix mail server. Open "SMTP Authentication And Encryption" and fill in the credentials needed.
