With my client i send email to Exchange
Exchange pass to efa that send to end user recipient
If I send to an unknown user or unresolved domain EFA generate a NDR back to me
but
When destination respond :
host mail.register.it[195.110.124.132] said: 452 4.1.1 <USER@DOMAIN.it> 4.2.2 mailbox full (in reply to RCPT TO command)
It stay in postfix queue and then efa doesnt generate NDR,

How log does the mail stays in queue?

Yes, because you get 4xx status code,
meaning that the remote server saying to you "try again later".
so the EFA will try to send this message again.

the default is 5 days. (maximal_queue_lifetime)

Yes, it is 5 days, i think that can be good the default
but
there is a way to generate a NDR to inform that the message are still in queue after 1 hour ?

yes.. "delay_warning_time" but you need postfix 3.0 and later...
and EFA come with postfix 2.6, it may be on the next EFA version.
